About the role

We are looking for a self driven and naturally curious individual who is passionate about problem solving to help drive Enterprise sales at Gravity Sketch. You will work closely with Head of Sales to outreach, qualify and deeply engage with leads from various customer industries and drive filling the top of the sales pipeline.  This is an exciting period to join the company - you will work closely with the Management team at Gravity Sketch to turbocharge our growth.

The successful candidate will be structured, organised and resilient, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proactive in rolling up their sleeves to get things done. The role will require keeping the CRM up to date, being on top of the details of each prospective deal, and qualified leads and proactively picking up the phone and outreach via social media to push the consultative sales process forward.


  • Research and deeply understand Gravity Sketch and other software used in the design workflow - their use cases, designer pain points, value propositions

  • Build a database of potential customers in our internal CRM system

  • Research, engage and create meaningful connections with potential customers via cold calls, email, social media and relevant content based campaigns to generate new leads and identify product champions

  • Take ownership of the internal CRM to keep it up to date - log notes, key takeaways, and follow up actions from emails, calls and meetings

  • Drive the consultative sales process forward by keeping prospective customers warm, and proactively reaching out over email and phone to schedule follow up meetings when needed

  • Carefully monitor interactions with prospective customers - both written and verbal communication - to pick up on signals (e.g., when they might need a follow up meeting or demo, when they are ready to be closed)

  • Stay close to each customer and provide periodic status reports to the Head of Sales 



  • At least a 2:1 at Bachelor’s level education

  • 1-2 years experience selling enterprise software

  • Good structure and organisation, with strong attention to detail

  • Able to hit the ground running and execute on prospecting methodologies and process

  • Self-driven to learn, to set targets, and able to work under limited supervision

  • Avid interest in understanding how different products are made

  • Not afraid to roll up sleeves and help out wherever needed - from admin work to picking up the phone

  • Curious personality and enjoys digging deep to understand and solve a problem

  • Avid interest in understanding how different products are made

  • Excellent communicator - both written and verbal in English

  • Great listening and relationship building skills

  • Positive attitude, and strong team working skills and hungry for success

  • Work from our London office

Bonus Points

  • Fluent (written and verbal) in French or Italian

  • Experience selling to Automotive, Product / Industrial Design industries
