About the role

You’ll be the first boots on the ground in the Talent function, joining at an exciting time when we are looking to double in size over the next 6-12 months. 

In the role you’ll be managing the end to end recruitment process. It will be a very hands-on role, with 40% time sourcing, 40% time interviewing and managing the candidate pipeline, and 20% time coordinating with the hiring leads in a strategic capacity. You’ll be working on roles across all functions - tech, sales, marketing, customer success, operations, which will allow you to get full visibility and exposure of the business.

Requirements

  • Experience working in recruitment - either in-house or agency

  • Naturally curious and fast learner, able to grasp technical and business concepts and understand their impact in order to find the right profiles and conduct meaningful interviews

  • Be empathetic and able to communicate with people from different backgrounds and disciplines

  • Have a strong sense of urgency

  • Established teamworking skills - able to work with hiring managers from across the business and help identify gaps and future hiring requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) - a natural storyteller 

  • Highly organised, excellent ability to multi-task and adapt to priorities

  • Self-starter, not afraid to get into the details and execution
